Ingredients:
- 2 packages HMR Chicken Soup
- 4 tablespoons Water
- 1/2 cup Onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup Red, Yellow, Green Peppers, cut into strips
- 3 ounces Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 cup Shredded low fat Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions:

Mix the water with the soup packets. Spray an 8x8 pan with Pam and spread soup mix thinly into pan. Bake for 5-7 min in a 400 degree oven, then remove. 2
Place tomatoes and sauce on top of chicken soup "crust." Steam onions and peppers in a microwave for 2 min, using a few tablespoons water and a cover. Pour out the liquid and arrange the vegetables on top of the sauce. 3
Top with the shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5-8 min or until the cheese has melted. Cut the pizza into 6 pieces
