Ingredients:
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 wholes Garlic Cloves, pressed or minced
- 31 ounces cans White Cannellini Beans (including juice)
- 1/2 cup Broth
- 2 wholes roasted Red Peppers (canned) in water
- 1 tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- (to taste) Black Pepper
Instructions:

In medium frying pan, saute onion and garlic in vegetable spray until soft. 2
Add all other ingredients and cook 5 minutes. 3
Puree in blender or food processor. Cool. Serve at room temperature. 4
Serve with fresh, cut vegetables.
